    FaceTime/ WhatsApp Video Anrufe gehen nicht

    Hallo Leute, ich habe das Mysterium bei einem I Phone 7, dass Videoanrufe über WhatsApp und FaceTime nicht funktionieren bzw. fehlschlagen. Beide Kameras funktionieren, Software wurde schon 3 mal neu aufgespielt, Einstellungen zurück gesetzt etc. Baseband Daten sind alle vorhanden. Hat jemand vllt noch eine Idee? Ich denke ist ist eher ein Verbindungsproblem, aber wo fängt man da an danke für die Hilfe!
